These terms of service form a binding agreement between you and MantraStream when you create an account, start a trial, or stream affirmation audio. By using the service you accept the terms of service below, so please read them carefully before listening further.
Terms of Service Overview
The service
MantraStream uses Cloudflare Workers AI to create personalized affirmation text and speech from goals and preferences that you enter. Affirmations are supportive prompts, not professional advice, and you remain responsible for decisions you make.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you access MantraStream on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Account security
Protect access to the Google account used to sign in. Notify us at support@mantrastream.com if you suspect unauthorized access so we can revoke MantraStream sessions.
Subscription and Billing
Trials and renewals
The billing page displays the current Stripe Price and trial terms before Checkout. The standard trial is seven days unless the configured Stripe Price defines a different period. At the end of the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the displayed rate unless you cancel first.
Payments
By subscribing you authorize our billing provider to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable currency conversions. If a payment fails we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel anytime through the billing portal link provided in transactional emails or within the app. Access continues until the end of the paid term. Refund requests are evaluated case by case in accordance with local law.
Acceptable Use
Permitted behavior
Use MantraStream to generate motivational or educational audio for yourself. You may share short excerpts with attribution for personal inspiration.
Prohibited behavior
- Attempting to reverse engineer, resell, or compete with the service using our content.
- Submitting prompts that contain hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity.
- Automating high-volume requests that overload infrastructure or violate our providers’ acceptable-use policies.
We monitor usage patterns to keep the community safe and may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
MantraStream is designed for continuous listening, but it applies stated fair-use ceilings and short-term rate limits to protect service quality and cost. It is not sold as unbounded usage.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All software, templates, audio rendering, branding, and content on MantraStream remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited, revocable license to stream audio for personal use.
User contributions
Goal statements and preferences you provide remain yours. By submitting them you grant us a limited license to process and transform them only to provide the requested stream. The application keeps these settings in your browser by default rather than synchronizing them to the account database.
Service Changes and Availability
We continuously improve the platform. Features may change, be deprecated, or become premium. We aim for high uptime but the service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

MantraStream is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or financial planning. Always consult licensed professionals before making health or money decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MantraStream is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the preceding six months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in misuse. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and discontinuing use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Parties consent to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Updates to the Terms
We will post changes to these terms on this page and update the effective date. Any additional notice depends on the nature of the change and applicable law. Your continued use after an update signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
